New York Times Publishes Then Deletes Article Claiming Watermelons Were Found on Mars

This afternoon, the prominent newspaper published an article making a surprising claim about exobiology: that watermelons had been discovered on Mars.

The article disappeared after about an hour, replaced by a message saying it had been “published in error.”

Needless to say, there is no currently-available evidence of watermelons, or any other life, on the Red Planet.

However, several NASA missions and a rover sent by China are all investigating the possibility of ancient life on our planetary neighbor, and scientists say it is possible that microbial life still lives there, likely deep under the surface.

If there’s any evidence of fresh produce on the Red Planet, though, it’s not yet public.

With the military declassifying UFO info, I guess they thought it was OK to publish this story.

Looks like they let the cat out of the bag too soon.

My guess is the government made them pull the story.

My guess it’s a hack similar to the Colonial Pipeline hack, someone got into their automated publication system and created a “Babylon Bee” type article and published it....

The next logical thing is to hack some satellite broadcaster like Directv, etc. and put out some video of dubious origin....

A friend of mine at NASA told me why this story is being suppressed. The observed Martian “watermelons” are not plants. They are actually a weird alien race of people!
