The Pentagon defended the department’s diversity and inclusion efforts rolled out during the Biden administration, characterizing it as a matter of defending the nation.
Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby said what the department is “really focused on” is defending the nation.
“That means putting in place the right resources, the right strategies, the right operational concepts to do that around the world. Now, in order to do that, you need good people.” He added:
"The secretary has been very clear about the fact that we want to get all the best talent that we can. If you meet the standards and you’re qualified to be in the military and you’re willing to raise your hand and serve this country, we want you to be able to do it. And we want you to be able to do it free of hate and fear and discrimination."
“That’s the very least we can do. And there’s no apologies for that — no apologies whatsoever for wanting to create that kind of a working environment.
Kirby’s remarks were in response to a question about criticism from Republican lawmakers who argue that the Pentagon’s focus on diversity and inclusion is a distraction from defending the nation against adversaries such as China and Russia."

Rep. Dan Crenshaw has also launched a whistleblower page for members of the military to report on wokeness spreading throughout the military.
Republican senators and lawmakers have rallied behind Air Force Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier, who was fired from his command at Space Force after warning about Marxism and critical race theory spreading in the military.

oh, brother...give me a break....it appears to this 28-year veteran that the only thing the DoD is focused on is diversity, how many trannies they can recruit, open homosexuality in the ranks; officer promotions based on whose butt is kissed and when, and so on....I am sure the Chinese PLA is also concerned with diversity within its ranks...
At the same time, we have an illegitimate military because none of their oaths mean anything since November 3rd, 2020. Kamala Harris is not able to serve as Vice President since she is NOT a natural born citizen because her parents were not U.S. citizens when she was born.

Diversity of input is critical during the brain-storming planning stage of a new project and any troubleshooting incidents. Diversity then turns into dilution and contamination of the primary elements THAT ARE PROVEN TO WORK when outside infections are brought in ONLY for the sake of bringing it in as a show piece... like it is now.
