We always think humans learn from history not to trust the government, the “experts” and the media as much as they do, but many of us don’t learn our lessons. It is as plain as day that so many of those who rule or try to influence us are brazen liars or promulgators of wrong information.
I prefer to think of those suffering from the ChiCom Plague Stockholm Syndrome as those that hate freedom and liberty. Drop the psycho-babble and use the single word that fits: enemy.
Good news is you’ll know the lefttards in your community right away. Perhaps over time the “mask segregation” will encourage leftist thugs to move out of majority Patriot areas.
There is no shame in still wearing a mask.
HAHAHA! Just kidding.
There is no shame, but it does reflect on your intelligence and ability to process information accurately.
I don’t know about all the rest of the country but here, in the belly of the DemocRAT beast in central Maryland, I see the phenomenon. On Sunday I went to Costco and was among the very small minority who were maskless. The percentage of Maryland adults over age 18 who have at least the first COVID-19 dose was 69.9% on Sunday. Costco had signs saying “MASKS NOT REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE VACCINATED— WE DON’T ASK IF YOU ARE. They don’t ask? Hell, vaccinated or not I wouldn’t be putting a mask on in the store. These people are all brainwashed to a degree that’s scary.
Yesterday Maryland advanced to having 70% vaccinated. I may be wrong but I expect the Governor to announce the removal of “all” mandatory mask restrictions today. And I bet this cesspool of DemocRATS to still be masking up.
Yesterday morning on the way to our Memorial Day remembrance event, I saw a family of four plus dog out for a walk. At least both the parents were wearing masks. This in a suburb with no one anywhere near them, except passing by in cars a good ways away. I found this just sad.
Now, I was encouraged when I got to the outdoor event, as almost no one was wearing masks, 2-3% at most.
I am convinced by the data we are at herd immunity here in the U.S.
More like a cult.
Combined General and Coronavirus PING!
Man pretending he is God.
This is far worse that Stockholm Syndrome. This is cultism. These people haven’t just bonded with their “captors”, they ran and begged to lick the boots of those stomping on them. They hate those who don’t adore their masters and follow their every word.
People talk a good talk, but when it hits the fan most aren’t prepared and immediately look to the government (or others) to save them.
In some places, the law requires masks for the unvaxed.
So, follow the law or not? One can break the law, or one can follow the law.
Like speed limits, do you drive 45 in a 30?
Don’t like the law, change it.
Or simply mass civil disobedience.
But why is it only on the easy stuff like masks and speed limits? Most don’t have the fortitude to break overreaching gun laws.
Michael Malice is wrong about lots of things, but correct on many others.
As best I can tell, no doctor/scientist yet has done a study of the psychological damage done by constant mask wearing.
Japan, for example, was huge on mask wearing long before the China Virus. They have suffered from a massive depopulation, in part caused by an utter horror by young people of dating and marriage, especially among young men (”hikikomori” or “isolated” or “sequestered one”) who don’t even come out of their rooms/apartments for YEARS.
I suspect much of this has to do with the masks-—that when you cannot see people’s full faces, they are dehumanized, but so are you.
Bttt
Spent most of my weekend in Manhattan, where the vast majority of people were wearing masks OUTSIDE. Not only that, many businesses were still requiring males inside. Went outside the city to Roosevelt Field mall in suburbia and I was only a one of a handful of people who didn’t mask.
Not me.
‘The People’s Republic of Dane County’ lifts their mask mandate tomorrow, BUT Wisconsin will still have pockets of little tin-pot dictators demanding you still mask up when in their enclave.
However, you gotta have your vax or you still have to mask!
*Rolleyes*
Yeah. No.
The big change here came two weekends ago. That’s when Krogers and Home Depot announced they were dropping the masks for the vaccinated, which effectively means everyone. Smaller businesses seemed to see this as a signal and followed suit.
The last shoe to drop will be the ending of masks, officially, not just for the vaccinated but for everyone. This will probably depend on the CDC guidance. For political reasons I expect the CDC to cling to its recommendation for the unvaccinated to stay masked until the bitter end. Meaning the official but unenforced divide between vaccinated/unvaccinated will persist for a while longer.
Maybe vestiges of a style thing with young hipsters. I’ve only seen a couple of them wearing masks, and both were outdoors. A few others were service employees, who are required to continue wearing masks if not vaccinated. Most employees at the local Walmart are apparently vaccinated and no longer wearing masks.
On vaccinations, over 60% of the population over the age of 12 has received at least one shot; 168,356,985 people as of yesterday in the U.S.A. 85.9% of people over the age of 65 have received at least one shot.

Still seeing people walking across a parking lot masked, driving by themselves masked, and in different regions of my state the majority in stores are either masked or unmasked.
