Maricopa County deleted entire databases prior to turning over election equipment to the AZ Senate for the forensic audit now occurring. The Senate President Karen Fann today sent a letter to the County Election’s Board for an explanation. The letter can be seen on the tab below.

Former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne asked the following questions on his Telegram channel:
Maricopa County purposefully deleted a directory full of election databases related to the past 2020 election cycle --10 days before the election equipment was delivered to the @arizonaaudit. This is destruction of evidence and at least, contempt. Why did security seals arrive cut and why were they placed at the bottom of the boxes? Why were security ballot bags not used by the County?
Is this the Counties customary practice for storing ballots?
AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich needs to get involved immediately. What is Maricopa County hiding?
We need answers! @arizonaaudit
The AZ Senate letter demanded ...
We have recently discovered that the entire "Database" directory from the D drive of the machine "EMSPrimary" has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, "Results Tally and Reporting," is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?
This sure makes the Maricopa County, AZ Board of Elections look guilty doesn’t it?
Don't worry they are going to change see the Corrupt Politicians Act they are getting ready to pass. Once that bill passes the Republic is officially over.
But wait, Liz Cheney claims the election was on the up and up.
Leaning BH, myself. How ‘bout you?
Reasoning Gina was like so many of those initial Trump nominees and appointments, she came up through a system now exposed to be politically expedient at best, or systemically corrupt at worst, for years, decades.
I see Gina as a career operator, savy to the system, and equally so concerning Muslim sympathizer, John Brennan & Company, his communist voting background, and her acquiescing particularly to the requirements for No.Transparency.Ever, including (by all appearances) with POTUS 45.
Gina was always in the wrong place at the wrong time, under Bush-Cheney in the ME prison torture allegations, including her London gig and proximity to M15 London Intel, the Strozk & Page FBI insertions into London spies conniving for entrapment against Popadopolos, 🙃 (how ever it’s spelled).
She is oddly sort of a mythical creature never to surface publicly, but for congressional oversight appearances where she gave up essentially nothing of import.
She came, she did, she survived under rocks, or underground, and disappeared.
May be that she will surface as a national hero and not a Fixer for every administration in order to survive and ascend.
I hope so.. I would apologize, but afraid to hold my breath on this mysterious Gal Friday. 😬
I guess state laws on retaining vote records do not apply to Democrats.
This kind of disregard of the laws will continue until people are arrested and convicted.
Counting, recounting, double recounting AFTER every election will not fix this.
Prison is the cure.
1, it wasn’t my statement originally, and even at that I put some heavy caveats into it.
but mainly 2, yes, going well beyond electronic deletion to sanding the platens or burning/melting can certainly make them unrecoverable.
grinding the hard drives in a commercial shredder works well too.
That said, we are talking about simple electronic wipes, not destroying the actual media.
The County claims it has does not have the administrative passwords. So who had access and the ability to delete the files that are “missing”? It can’t be very many people. Charge them all, and jail them pending trial until one rats out the others, and maybe even discloses who has copies.
“Nothing is ever well and truly deleted from magnetic storage media.”
I have heard this as well. I hope they get alm the info they need and these officials end of behind bars. Really, they deserve to he tried for treason.
BH/WH for Gina?
Was 50-50 but, she’s been in civil service for a loooooong time.
90% BH.
YMMV
I wan't criticizing your statement just saying they could have destroyed all the data, by simply replacing all the hard drives and totally destroyed the others. They will never be prosecuted anyway so why not just go for broke.
Proving the votes could have been stolen from Trump is not the same as proving the were stolen. They could argue that the votes could just as have easily been stolen from Biden and given to Trump, the auditors simply tried to cover that up.
Sadly I think Justice has already signaled what their action will be.They are hoping they can have Trump under indictment in New York before this comes to a head in any case.
Look at the proof that has been offered against Fauci for developing Covid and profiteering on the so called vaccine, nothing will happen, except a few campaign bites will be saved for next election.
How about Hillary’s e-mails?
“This is a much different place than it was back when I was warning of the dangers of the ‘patriot’ act. Anyone who still thinks this is a Constitutional Republic after the last year or so is too disconnected from reality to be allowed sharp objects.”
Amen brother, you hit the nail on the head. Can you imagine a choir of very old soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen singing the chorus of Amen from the movie Lilies of the Field?

Start sending people to prison, this will stop.
Didn’t Arizona own the election database?
How is this not theft of state property?
Spoliation of evidence refers to the negligent, intentional, or reckless, hiding, withholding, altering, fabricating, or destroying any evidence that is relevant to the lawsuit.
The adverse inference rule
One important concept for plaintiffs in a lawsuit when spoliation has been proven is that application of the adverse inference rule. This rule says that, if the plaintiff was attempting to present evidence on a legal issue or fact that is essential to their case, but is unable to do so because a piece of evidence has been destroyed by the defendant, then the jury is allowed to infer that the destroyed evidence would have been adverse to the defendant. The jury can then accept the plaintiff’s reasonable interpretation of what the destroyed evidence would have shown.
My thoughts exactly. This is when those annoying booger picking computer geeks earn their chops...and acceptance. Maybe they can get Ms. Arizona to be nice to them and retrieve the data!
yep! Which is why I am surprised the HD didn;t get “destroyed in a fire” like in Michigan!

“Please advise why these folders were deleted....”
Give me a break. Do you really have to ask that question.
