but mainly 2, yes, going well beyond electronic deletion to sanding the platens or burning/melting can certainly make them unrecoverable.

grinding the hard drives in a commercial shredder works well too.

That said, we are talking about simple electronic wipes, not destroying the actual media.

I wan't criticizing your statement just saying they could have destroyed all the data, by simply replacing all the hard drives and totally destroyed the others. They will never be prosecuted anyway so why not just go for broke.

Proving the votes could have been stolen from Trump is not the same as proving the were stolen. They could argue that the votes could just as have easily been stolen from Biden and given to Trump, the auditors simply tried to cover that up.

Sadly I think Justice has already signaled what their action will be.They are hoping they can have Trump under indictment in New York before this comes to a head in any case.

Look at the proof that has been offered against Fauci for developing Covid and profiteering on the so called vaccine, nothing will happen, except a few campaign bites will be saved for next election.
