My wife works at a nursing home and COVID has been through it twice and several of her co-workers had it. A year and a half later and she/we haven't gotten it. We also haven't gotten the flu or a cold in 4-5 years. She used to bring every bug home and we'd get the flu or a cold 2-3 times a year and then it just stopped. Personally, I feel that we're probably immune to coronaviruses and the flu at this point and don't need the jab. We had a flu shot once 15+ years ago and it made us sicker and for longer than the flu so we never got another one.

We’ve declined the vaccine to date. Kids are below the minimum age until they lowered it to 12 this week.
I was asked by a family member, have you gotten the shot, when are the kids getting theirs? I said we’re concerned about side effects, will wait to see what happens. I was screamed at and called an anti-vaxxer and a bad parent. Note - my kids have the standard childhood vaccine schedule, though we delayed on HPV and have spread stuff out more.
Yet I was almost familiar with this, because our pediatrician screamed at me for the same reason. I asked her which vaccine was SAFEST, and she said just get the shot, get the shot, get the shot. I said I was asking which one ... and she said just get any one. I said that was not an answer, I’m concerned. She yelled at me, OMG, you’re an anti-vaxxer, how can you?
I held up the shot record they’d just given me as part of the camp physicals she was supposed to do and said, “You gave half of the vaccinations on this list. You know they have the standard shots. Do not smear me as an anti-vaxxer.” If we hadn’t been using her for more than a decade, I would have dropped her then and there.

I believe personal observation more than any “expert”.
My daughter was involved in trials for the vaccines.
She explained the process to me and encouraged me to take the shots. I am 81 years old but in great physical shape from daily exercise. After 9+ weeks of taking the second shot, I feel as great as before the shots. Personal experience trumps all others for me. I would love to join a ballet class this summer.
This past year has shown us a lot of people live in fear and the gov can use it to control us.
This past year, our lives were run by an unelected doctor ... who led with extremes.
I an anti mask but the guard at the door in businesses says I have to wear one. They have controlled it for over a year. Our .gov is so corrupt, the people will have to rebel ..
Daughter’s childcare provider came down with covid today, she was fully vaccinated (2 shot crap) back in February. First rapid test was negative, then the next one positive.
The old definition of vaccine stated it prevented disease and made you immune.. the new definition which is changing on all of the web dictionaries etc has changed to meet the new covid gene therapy definition... makes symptoms milder????
Other daughter was tested 3 times because her co-workers tested positive. She came up negative all three times but lost work until the results came in. She finally quit and said screw this.
Her husband tested negative twice, second time the Doctor told him he had covid, he said the test was negative. Doctor said but the test are wrong all the time.
Wife and I are in our late 60’s and we refuse to take it and neither will any of our kids or grand kids.
Personal choice obviously but something definitely doesn’t smell right to me.

Well, you can’t put IQ in a vaccine. Sorry to disappoint you, but it’s a genetic limitation.

Vaccines are NOT A SUIT OF STEEL ARMOR to protect you from anything. Only purpose of vaccines is to create immunity against a particular invader. What that does is your body is better prepared to fight when the virus invades. But if virus comes in in large quantity AND you body’s immune system is weak, you can still get sick.
That is exactly what happened to me. I was vaccinated for smallpox in school at age 6 or 7. That was mass vaccinations of all school children in India in 1947. Next year my family was on a 8 hour train journey to Mumbai. The train was over-crowded as all trains in India usually are. I probably had a large invasion of smallpox virus during the train ride and then I got sick with smallpox. Dime size yellow blisters broke out on every part of my body and fevers of 102+ deg F. I barely survived according to my mother. I still have face marks left over from the smallpox after 72 years.
Again, vaccine is an extra tool in your box to fight the virus. Vaccinated people for covid are less likely to end up in isolation ward connected to ventilator in a hospital. But less odd is not necessarily 100% proof.
In life one must play the odds. By playing odds in the stock market I was able to retire at age 57. I could have just as easily lost a lot of my capital.
You lost your IQ when you got the vaccine?
If I were you I’d ask someone to help you call an attorney to sue the company. It just isn’t right that a vaccine could do that to a person.
