Didn’t the CDC lower the PCR cycle count used the day after Biden was sworn in?

This takes my breath away. The CDC used a cycle threshold of 40+ to determine cases. This high number of amplifications shut down our schools, shut down businesses, quarantined people and their families and messed up so many lives. Now, to show that the so-called vaccine work, they’re saying that the cycle threshold has to be 28 or less. In order to be called a case.
This reads like they will only use that lower cycle threshold for people who already had the vaccine. Why not use it for everyone? Even the world health organization suggested using a lower cycle threshold a few months ago.

Can you help me find this on the CDC website? This is bombshell news if true. Allowing 40 amplifications to show a positive test before vaccination but no more than 24 amplifications after vaccination would certainly skew the results. Most people do not even know about the RNA test and the nember of magnifications permitted to show a positive.
The numer of amplifications used in your test is about the most basic information that there is about the test, other than that its own inventor said that it should never be used for diagnosis.
