Didn’t the CDC lower the PCR cycle count used the day after Biden was sworn in?

The WHO came out with a new directive on January 20th ( no coincidence there /s) which changed its directive about testing and cases. No longer is a positive PCR test enough to count as a case. Person must also have either a second positive test or symptoms. Just like that, case numbers decline and people start to die from pneumonia and COPD again.

Also WHO asked labs to reconsider the maximum number of amplifications that can be used in the test in order to get a positive. Some labs are using so many amplifications that they’re picking up fragments of something that is not Covid-19.
