Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach Estate Has Been Demolished

The Florida mansion where prosecutors say Jeffrey Epstien raped underage girls and women for many years has “finally” been demolished.
Developer Todd Michael Glaser said the sprawling Palm Beach property met the wrecking ball on Monday, according to a report in The Palm Beach Daily News.
Glaser bought 358 El Brillo Way for $18.5 million in March, and announced his plans to raze the property.
The funds from the sale have been allocated to the Victims’ Compensation Program to make payments to Epstien’s victims, after the convicted pedophile managed to kill himself in a Manhattan jail in 2019.

the process of buy, demolition, and rebuilding is fast-forwarding with a race in time... thus, this could be a hint that somebody of a strong governmental influence is backing up gmax.

Very odd to pay $18.5M for a property, spend several more $K to demolish and dispose of the property and be left with less than 1 acre of ground. Somebody other than the developer coughed up some of that dough.

I think you are correct. The stuff the cops didnt find the demo crew did... Im sure hitlery was glad to see it demolished as well as prince creepy and quite a few other of jeffs high and low profile “ friends”.

Not really strange in the current real estate market in South Florida, the developer will build a spec home on the property and the property could fetch $75-100 million to some Wall Street Executive looking to escape the high taxes in New York its happening every day down there
