Valerie Jarrett, president of the Obama Foundation, is under brutal fire on social media for her “knife fight” tweet, follwing the police shooting of a 16-year old Black girl in Columbus, OH on Tuesday.
The former senior adviser to President Barack Obama, tweeted Wednesday after the Columbus police bodycam footage was released showing the teen girl, who was fatally shot, swinging a knife at another girl and about to stab another girl.
As we reported on Tuesday, Bryant knocked down and attempted to stab one woman, and totally ignored police warnings before attemting to stab another unarmed woman right in front of him. The cop may well have saved that (also Black) woman's life:
Jarrett then tweeted:
“A Black teenage girl named Ma’Khia Bryant was killed because a police officer immediately decided to shoot her multiple times in order to break up a knife fight. Demand accountability. Fight for justice. #BlackLivesMatter.”

How many black people in that group were armed themselves, but instead of taking action, called the police, and stood around to watch a white cop shoot this armed raging bull? Two other cops appeared in the video. One was black. Were they already there, did they arrive at the same time as the officer who took the shot, or did they arrive immediately after the shooting? The cop had every right to use deadly physical force to protect himself, and others from being killed, or seriously injured by a knife-wielding, crazed bitch.
It was assault with a deadly knife.
I hope he stressed that police are trained to shoot center mass, and because the bitch was so fat, every bit of her was center mass.
Not a knife fight when only one person has a knife.
