Trump Urges Americans to Get Vaccinated, Takes Shot at J&J Pause

Former President Donald Trump urged Americans to get vaccinated against the coronavirus in a Monday night interview where he again criticized the federal pause of the Johnson & Johnson jab.

“I encourage them to take it,” Trump told Fox News’ Sean Hannity in an hour-long sit-down interview, referring to the COVID-19 vaccine.

Trump, who was stricken with coronavirus last October, has received his vaccine. He added that the drug companies “all want me to do a commercial because a lot of our people don’t want to take the vaccine.”

Under the rationale he had Covid, there was no need for the vaccine.

Data so far indicates that protection is even better if you get COVID-19 and later get the vaccine. DJT has quite the energy level, but, he's also no spring chicken, and was pretty damn sick with COVID. I'm guessing he hates the thought of even being half that sick again, and, a variant smacking him with a high viral load could do that. If he can get better protection than "had it" alone, given his importance to any chance this country has left, I say more power to him.

I talked to my brother who knows Dr. Bill Crounse. You might remember him for his medical reports on ABC News. The subject came up about my brother's reluctance to get vaccination. Dr. Bill told him that there are many people giving out misinformation about the vaccines. He characterized them as cartoon characters living in loony tunes.

Haha. You mean like cartoon doctors that practice medicine on ABC News? That kind of cartoon character?

Guess who else practices medicine in a television studio.
