The woman he choked and robbed at gunpoint should file a law suit against his family as soon as they are paid off. Who will give her, her life, and sense of security back?
I thought Minnesota law protected the Police from being charged with this sort of crime?

Take note of that video that's been circulating around the Internet of the New Mexico cop who was murdered after making a routine traffic stop. The perp suddenly pulled out a firearm and the cop never had a chance.

Unless I’m missing something all mugshots are immediately public info. I think it should be sealed until convictions personally, but that’s how it is.
