Pre-clinical research by Israeli scientists, published in Microbiome, indicates that Kefir could be used to treat cytokine storms caused by coronavirus.
Can a cup of probiotic yogurt help save the lives of people with COVID-19? Researchers from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev say they have identified molecules in kefir that are effective at treating various inflammatory conditions, including “cytokine storms” caused by COVID-19.

A firm rejection of the political pandemic and a firm reliance on the God who protects and heals will ‘cure’ your case.
bump
Definitely, as long as it doesn’t have any vaccine in it
Every single morning with very few exceptions I have a container of Siggi's 9% milkfat yogurt, usually with berries or nuts swirled in. Along with three eggs fried in butter.
For lunch, I will usually have a tin of sardines or oysters packed in olive oil. Along with a handful of unsalted nuts (i.e. almonds, cashews, walnuts).
Dinner is always at least 8 ounces of meat or fish. Preferably pasture raised or grass fed. (Wild caught for fish). Along with salad (with no dressing but olive oil) and a vegetable like brussells sprouts, broccoli, sweet potato or squash.
Snacks will be things like nuts, dark chocolate, or raisins.
Occasionally I'll have pizza. I really like pizza. But I'll not have it with a bunch of toppings. Garlic and clams are my favorite toppings. (You can actually get clam pizza in Connecticut and it's quite good).
Don't forget coffee, beer and wine. All good for you despite what the "experts" say.
The kefir is made with 1% low-fat cultured milk that's naturally high in probiotics. Made with 12 premium cultures, Evolve Greek Kefir features more bacteria per serving and double the protein of regular yogurt.

Sounds like a Mediterranean diet. I like it. But doesn’t it get boring every morning?

My wife eats oatmeal with papaya, banana, pecans and raisins EVERY morning. 7 days a week. Never seems to get bored of it.
Personally, I cannot choke it down.
We have been making our own kefir for well over 25 years, first with our own goats milk, now with A2 milk. I drink a short glass almost every night before bed.
I’ve read of the Spirulina connection as well. The only thing I’ve consumed with it is kombucha, which is very good, though quite pricey.
Good news - molecules in yogurt stop cytokines storms.
Not so good news - you have to eat 500 pounds of yogurt per day to get the benefits.
It couldn’t hurt & probably be more helpful than advice from DoKtoR Fowchi.
Hmm, I have an ear infection with a swollen eustachian tube right now and I ate some yoghurt the other day... didn’t help :(
I make my own from full fat milk, without sweetener
Making kefir lowfat is a crime
Don’t forget your 9 raisins soaked in gin
No garlic? No mushrooms?
LOL. I think it takes a little longer than that.
