Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) and state health officials asked residents on Friday to avoid indoor dining and gave additional recommendations.
In order to slow the spread of the coronavirus, Whitmer is urging high schools to move to remote learning, asking diners to use outdoor dining or takeout, and recommending youth sports pause in-person activities for two weeks, WLUC reported.

I doubt you’ll find any of those morons on this site. Unfortunately, she’s still pretty high in the pools and right now it looks like there’s good chance she will be reelected. Maybe not. I don’t trust the polls at all.

The company I work for has an office in Grand Rapids - the people in our office follow every Witless order without question. Most have not been in a restaurant for over a year.
I asked one guy to drive down to Indiana to have dinner and we could meet in person - he actually told me he would check first to see if that would break any Michigan Laws.

Yes, sometimes they’re for a month or two. At least time it’s a request this time, not a mandate. We’ll see if any restaurants will stay open. I suspect there will be some that stay open. I hope so. I think she’s easing up because she was feeling the heat and would like people to forget how dictatorial she has been.
Just two more weeks to flatten the curve.
