He has been this way for decades. I think he came out pro-Gun Control during the Clinton Administration.
He is a total ‘tard on gun control. He can’t see that (at least until recently) crime has been going down, nor can he see instances of self defense.
Liberalism is ripping this country apart.
What it all too often does is turn the office holders into
criminals.
actually it isnt
socialists and tech oligarchs are ripping this country apart, if anything is
I had been wearing Levis for around 3 decades, plus wearing Dockers for business casual days, when I realized in the 1990s that Levis were big gun control nuts. I kicked them to the curb back then.
Another company off my list.
Hanks for the loose lips sink ships in red. Comment erased.
Shut up Chip!
its not guns ripping this country apart.. its the long tails of the left’s hatred and anger and the breakdown of civility in movies, games, and conversation.
the left insults, go beyond rude, in your face.. the total breakdown of any decent social behavior toward others.
using the word racism as a path to humiliate others and be angry at everything good.
a gun is the protection from tyrannical government and street crazies who have guns no matter what the law is..
biden and company is gonna take a great nation grind it to pieces.. while the GOP watches from their timidity and polite seats.
Our legal system is a joke. They don’t punish violent criminals. They punish us.
...says a man protected by guns.
Crime happens, Levi boy. How many a week-end die in ChiTown? Philly? Baltimore.
Some of your communities you say you work so hard in. Who runs them?
Hmmmm..

I nominate Chip Bergh to go personally to downtown Chicago to confiscate guns from all the gang-bangers IN PERSON starting tonight.
If it saves the life of ONE child...
“gun violence”
Before the invention of gunpowder, “gun violence” was pretty much non-existent. But violence was “epidemic”, nonetheless. Is this CEO cool with knife or blunt trauma violence? If not, why doesn’t he mention it?
Oh good......yet another CEO speaks about culture or politics.
To think that we went years thinking only Hollywood folks knew it all.......
Gun violence is a non sequitur.
If I kept track of all the businesses that need to be boycotted I’d never buy anything. I hope Wrangler is still OK.
Claw hammer violence.
Baseball bat violence.
Kitchen knife violence.
Car violence. Hint: a lot of accidents where someone gets run over are not accidents.
The problem with MOST of the statistics on handgun or other firearm so called violence is that many of these shootings are legitimate, i.e. a store owner shooting a robber, or it’s gang/drug related violence where they kill each other, or it even includes suicides (seen that too - pretty effective way to do it if you’re serious about it, unlike the BS cry for help pill swallowers), legit police shootings (seen that too in the statistics)...
It’s all in how you count things and interpret the data.
Almost like the US elections! LOL
Few folks today want to see any correlation years ago between states that passed conceal carry and their crime rates decreasing. Few want to see how some of the most dangerous cities in the US, have the toughest gun rules. Almost never do I hear how in many countries where they have passed tighter gun laws, the overall homicide rate stayed unaffected or even worsened in some cases, only the rate associated with handguns went down while stabbings and clubbing’s increased (UK as an example). Seldom does the MSM mention how some of the biggest mass shootings happened in places like France, Germany and Norway (example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Norway_attacks). This is an issue where the story tellers create a perception, but unlike what people claim, perceptions are not reality. The world wasn’t flat even when people perceived it to be that way.
This is what I can promise you though, 100% for sure! People will continue to murder people even if you could magically make all the firearms in this country disappear.
No, the government and media are tearing the country apart.
Somehow, I think a gun would protect a house better than Chip
