Joe Biden's first press conference as president this week was style over substance. He took advantage of softball questions from friendly media to run through a list of Democratic talking points. It was reminiscent of another president who infamously emphasized style over substance: Jimmy Carter. In fact, Biden's presidency is in many respects the modern reincarnation of Carter's.

Carter went to the Navy nuclear power school. It’s the equivalent of getting a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering.

Jimmy Carter was hopelessly incompetent but at least he had all of his marbles. He still has more of his marbles now than Biden has.
Actually, I would KILL to have the old Jimmy Carter running the country. Even though he had a ‘learning curve’ regarding the Soviet Union (something that even our side has with China now), his energy plan was OUTSTANDIING, with little of this ‘green’ crap and the vast bulk of it on oil and coal.
...but that was a different Democrat Party - back then they actually didn’t HATE this country, at least some of them, like Carter.
