New photos reveal several cheat sheets used by President Joe Biden during his Thursday press conference — including one with the headshots and names of reporters he planned to call on.
The president also used notes to assist with facts about US infrastructure, a policy area Biden is focusing on during his first months in the White House.
“The United States now ranks 13th globally in infrastructure quality — down from 5th place in 2002,” read one bullet point.
But despite having the answers in front of him, Biden still slipped up, saying America ranked 85th in the world in infrastructure, before correcting himself.
The press pool at Thursday’s briefing, the first one held by Biden since taking office 65 days ago, was limited to 25 reporters.
Biden only took questions from a list of journalists whose names and outlets he read from a cue card. A photo of the card shows circled numbers around select reporters.

Yep, the answers were numbered and the numbers corresponded to the number given to the reporter. Questions were screened ahead of time by his staff and given a number. The reporter asked that question in the news conference so Old Joe had the answer right in front of him as long as he didn’t confuse the reporter’s number with the numbered answer in his notebook. Which he did apparently with the gun control question. This how they intend to do this from now on. They got away with it once so they’ll try it again.
It took weeks to rehearse this with Joe. When they thought he was ready, they scheduled the news conference. He looked like a dear in the headlights, afraid he wouldn’t get through it. Just as he hesitated before climbing the steps to AF1, probably vaguely realizing he’s having trouble with steps and his balance.
He’ll never do a State of the Union. That’s way beyond his mental capabilities. By the way, who leaked the pictures of his cheat sheets? Somebody is trying to blow the whistle on this fraud.

At some point a decision was made to use him as a prop while refusing to reveal the decision makers.

When he said... “ As soon as we can implement what we are doing right now.”... The depth of the ignorance within this statement should be enough to impeach him of grounds of illiteracy!!! Let alone all the rest!...How very low the bar we now can expect in the performance of our presidents....it's no different than the media passing off as journalists today.

The swamp never intended for him to be a real president ..they have used him to warm the seat for Kamala ....I thought he would be gone by March.. so I now thinking he will be gone by the fall... No one pays much attention to politics in the summer.. so that is the most likely time (if he lives that long)
I think this was all planned out.
Biden had way more voter appeal than Kamalamadingdong.
Now Joe’s on the glide path to retirement and she’s ready to be Baraq 2.0.
