We need a law that requires having an estimate provided for all non emergency surgery. $44,000 for cateract surgery for 2 eyes is criminal. Several years ago my friend had both eyes done for $100 each, co-pay with medicare coverage, operating through Kaiser Permanente surgery. At such a high cost it should have been possible to shop around for a reasonably priced location for surgery, even including travel.

Mr. Biden, you talk about a new three trillion dollar infrastructure bill. In 2009, shortly after the Obama-Biden administration took office, congress passed a one trillion dollar “shovel ready” stimulus program that was supposed to attack the deficits in our infrastructure then - eventually none of these deficits were addressed, and Mr. Obama later laughed that “the shovel ready jobs really weren’t shovel ready after all” - what happened to that trillion dollars, and don’t you bear some responsibility as to how deteriorated our infrastructure is now if the administration you were part of didn’t get the job done then?????

Then late, he fell apart as the drugs wore off. President Trump hammered him on PA energy.
Yet somehow, ChiCom Joe managed to pull out PA with days of post-election voting.
