What does that medication do? Two years ago I had a pronounced cataract when I went outside in the sun or drove at night from headlight glare. I did some nutrition research and after addong several suppmements daily, there has been an 80% improvement.

The eye injections are for macular degeneration. I also have a vein in my retina that is occluded, so the injections and implants also help to keep the retina from swelling and destroying the remaining vision in that eye.
My Dr. says that the only things I can do that help prevent the progression of the MD are to take high quality eye vitamins and keep my blood pressure under control. I am very careful to follow his recommendations.
I had cataracts removed a couple of years ago. Had no problems at all.
