We keep hearing about enforcement because stopping the legislation is impossible. That’s how far we’ve come. The camel is inside the tent and shitting in everyone’s sleeping bag.

I can guarantee that my “Republican” representative voted for it based on his endorsements in the last 2 elections from the Brady Bunch and some other gun grabber groups.

When a criminal steals a firearm, I guess that’s a private transfer.

So I assume they will stop doing that.

I would be happy to comply, of course, but I am so saddened by that tragic boating accident. No, I do not remember the serial numbers of those guns.

The time to play the second amendment card has passed.

They will just chip at us now until we’re all dissapeared.

It will be interesting to see what,if anything,SCOTUS does about this. Of course it will take 10 years for it to reach SCOTUS so even if they overturn it Americans will be denied one of their Constitutional rights for those 10 years.

Unless it's a sting operation, and if the gun as originally purchased prior to the law from a store, how are they going to prove someone bought a gun in a cash transaction a private seller before the law passed vs after?

There are millions of older guns out there. All this law does is create a black market for pre-Xiden guns.

No, and no. The goal is a universal registry of firearms.

The states should nullify any law they make about gun control. Just ignore them.

Suddenly it’s like the prostitution get-around: I just lent my neighbor my gun so he could study it, and a few weeks later, he generously chose to contribute a little something to my kid’s education on his birthday.

HAHAHAHAHA!!

Did you not see that the Commies have already sh*t-canned our Election Process with HB-1?

There aren’t going to be anything remotely resembling “Free, Open and Honest” elections in the United States ever again. If you believe otherwise, you have not been paying even scant attention.

At least, not without some truly Divine Intervention.
