This investigation is all a sham. There was never any real threat of kidnapping Heil Whitmer. The main players videoed themselves driving in a PT Cruiser. Yes, a PT Cruiser; the kidnapping vehicle of choice by those who couldn’t get their hands on a AMC Pacer like Wayne and Garth from ‘Wayne’s World’.
