The trial will be interesting, if it ever gets to that point.
There’s no question that Trump and the others claimed election fraud, but if they produce evidence that there really WAS fraud, wouldn’t the court have to consider that evidence?
The claim of incitement can easily be refuted by the actual words that Trump spoke in his speech.
