Ex-House impeachment manager Eric Swalwell (D-CA) confirmed Friday he will sue former President Donald Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani and Republican Rep. Mo Brooks in a second major lawsuit seeking to hold Trump and his allies accountable for the attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6.
Swalwell’s action follows a similar suit filed last month by Rep. Bennie Thompson against Trump, Giuliani and the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys groups

If he ever gets to court, is he going to toot his opening statement?
Like the corporate entities behind Dominion voting machines and the Smartmatic software that runs that system, the bluster of threatening very severe lawsuits, in order to intimidate the opposition, Eric Swalwell brings up sweeping charges and seemingly overwhelming legal force to intimidate and force silence upon the defendants in these kinds of conflicts.
Attack! Then attack again!! without regard to the cost, or the realities of the situation, which may not favor the cause at all. Just the ferocity of the strike is meant to engender so much fear into the enemy, that their resistance soon collapses into a rout.
Sometimes it works. Until it does not.
Buried in the complaint is the conclusory allegation that he, among numerous others, suffered “physical and emotional injury.” He doesn’t allege how, nor does he even make it clear that he suffered one or both types of injury. That isn’t enough to satisfy the Twombly/Iqbal standard, so probably not enough to allege a legal injury conferring standing. Or to state a cause of action.
Can we get the Police Report on the Actress Babbitt shooting? How about the hospital admission?
This guy is going to go down hard at some point soon.
Way to go on offense.
Let’s focus attention on Donald Trump, that way he’ll be able say that a question like:
“Representative Swallowell, why weren’t you suspicious that a babe like Fang Fang would do the bang-bang with somebody as vile as you?”
Or, “Representative Swallowell, what secret and top secret information did you disclose to the babe of a Chinese spy before she would let you cum?”
I think those are valid questions . . .
Never happens to spokespukes for The Regressives.
I think this time justice may happen.
As ordered by Fang Fang bang bang.
I would imagine Trump is thinking “Great! Let’s get to discovery!”.
On behalf of the Chinese slut???
How does he have standing?
the “D” next to his name.
Didn’t Nancy allow this by not supporting having theguard there?

The best defense is a good offense. The Democommie party intends to stay on offense indefinitely.
Is it Swallow Well paying legal expenses or us, the taxpayers?
If Swalwell’s lawsuit is not dismissed, outright, and the President is required to answer, then he should file a class-action counterclaim, on behalf of the people of the United States, alleging that Swalwell defrauded the people of his honest services by consorting with the CCP honeypot while a Member of Congress.
This lawsuit I believe is just protecting Swalwell against opponents in the 2022 primaries. I could see the judge asking Swalwell “Where’s the evidence that you were harmed on January 6, 2021?”
Swalwell: “It’s all in the news that there was an insurrection that day.”
Judge: “Do you have a receipt of a doctor’s bill for the injuries that you suffered on January 6?”
Swalwell: “No.”
Judge: “Do you have a copy of a police report that your property was damaged or stolen on January 6, 2021?”
Swalwell: “No. But Nancy Pelosi’s laptop was stolen and the Capitol building was damaged.”
Judge: “Was this your personal property or was this government property or someone else’s property?”
Swalwell: “It wasn’t my property.”
Judge: “You have no standing. Case is dismissed.”
