I was boots down in Kosovo 1996,98,99 what I learned is that the government enforcers have families and long supply lines with those pogs in the rear with families at home as well and not all of them are behind the wire. The rebels were exceedingly good at hitting the soft spots it’s ugly business but effective. Canada? Naah. The EU? Very doubtful.
