The Republicans do this to us every time. Oh, it’s bad now, but just you wait! We will fix things after the next election, you betcha. And they never do. The country just keeps lurching leftward. The Republicans are the Democrat Lite party. As an example, they are now proposing a smaller increase in the minimum wage. How is that popular? If you are going to violate the laws of economics, go big or go home. I want a $100 an hour minimum wage, then we’ll all be rich, right?

In December it was $2.30/gal.
