Forensic Audit of Dominion Voting Machines in Arizona Shows ‘No Evidence of Vote Switching’

An independent forensic audit of the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Maricopa County, Arizona found that there was “no evidence of vote switching and concluded that the equipment tabulated and adjudicated ballots accurately” in the 2020 presidential election, according to government reports produced Tuesday.

“The audits clearly dispel the notion that somehow the November election was rigged,” said County Supervisor Steve Gallardo. “Whether you liked the results or not, the will of the people was represented. Our equipment worked. Our people were above reproach. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: 2020 elections in Maricopa County were safe, secure, and accurate. End of story.”

The Maricopa Board of Supervisors in January unanimously voted to conduct the audits in response to false conspiracy theories propagated by Donald Trump and other Republicans, who claimed that Dominion’s machines were used to steal votes from Trump so Joe Biden would win. The former president and his allies filed several post-election lawsuits challenging election results in Arizona, none of which have succeeded.

The audits of the tabulation equipment’s software and hardware were conducted by SLI Compliance and Pro V&V, the only two firms approved by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to perform such certification tests.

According to the reports, the firms utilized a four-step evaluation process to analyze the equipment for hacking vulnerabilities, verify that no malicious software was installed, ensure voting tabulators were not being manipulated over the internet, and confirm that no votes were switched.

The firms examined all nine of the county’s central tabulators, which are used for processing large quantities of ballots, all four workstations and two servers used to operate the county’s election management system. They also did random testing of 35 out of the 350 precinct-based tabulators, and four of 20 adjudication stations, which allow ballots with exceptions or outstack conditions such as over-votes, blank ballots, write-ins and marginal marks, to be resolved.

Both firms found no evidence of malicious software and no evidence the tabulators were connected to the internet. Pro V&V found no indication that any votes were switched.

“The work of these two qualified firms, combined with the work done by our Elections Department, confirms that 2.1 million ballots in the November election were counted as they were cast,” said County Supervisor Clint Hickman. “Our entire team put so much time and energy into running good elections in 2020. These audits are an affirmation of everyone’s hard work and prove what my colleagues and I have been saying all along: our elections were run with integrity and the results we canvassed were accurate.”

The Board also hired Berry Dunn, a Certified Public Accounting firm, to review county contracts with Dominion to verify that the county leased the equipment in accordance with state and county procurement regulations.

A summary of the report and the full report are available on the county’s website.

Let’s see the machines in GA and PA. They have likely already adjusted the machines since the election. I never really heard Trump say he blamed the machines in Arizona. It was the states legislature that wanted to see the machines. I believe they already looked at one machine in GA and it showed something was wrong.

Until ASOG people review the machines I’m not buying a word of it.

So you want inexperienced nutty conspiracy theorists to audit the machines. LOL.

You obviously haven’t seen or understood the large compilation of fraud evidence that the AZ legislature has in possession.

They are pushing their old evaluation limited to the machines.

There’s plenty of “ballot stuffing” problems to make the difference in Arizona.
They didn’t fight this audit for months because there’s nothing to see.

The audit of the entire election machinery is still to be determined. Besides, they had plenty of time to clear up any machine discrepancy as they attempted in Antrim, Michigan.

These were "audits" from firms handpicked by the Maricopa County Board. They did not determine if fake ballots or illegal ballots were used.

Both firms have ties to Dominion voting.

The Arizona Senate did not pick these firms to audit the ballots.

This is a publicity play by the Cindy McCain wing of the Republican party. The Cindy McCain wing controls the Republican Party in Maricopa County.

Note that this is the “audit” that the MBOS had conducted by themselves (and which was rejected by the Legislature). The BOS think they have put this issue to bed, but the Legislature (and Arizona the voter) isn’t buying it. Stay tuned.

After they’ve had months to jigger the machines, who’s surprised?

“Arizona the voter” should be “the Arizona voter”.

If everything is on the up and up in Maricopa County, why have they been fighting tooth and nail against the subpoena from the Arizona state legislature?

Exactly. The unreasonable delay, first counting the votes, and then making the ballots, machines and software available to the legislature should create a presumption of illegality or fraud to a reasonable person. If these machines are so efficient why does it take longer than counting the ballots by hand? What is the point of spending millions of dollars on theses systems, unless they are designed to cheat? What are they hiding?

BULL S#(#T!!
Did you read what they tested here? Was the machines certified? Yes. of course the machines where certified. The "weighted race" feature is also certified. Weighted elections is how one vote becomes a percentage of each vote that is counted.
Here is a screenshot of page 158 of that GEM guide. It describes what weighted voting is
Notice how Bill Smith vote is worth less then the other two

Dominion Software didn’t steal the election. Questionable mail-in ballots with even more questionable signature verification standards stole the election.

Without auditing the ballots, it's too early to make such a statement. The only way to check if the machines or the software were switching votes is to inspect the actual ballots. They have a months to try to doctor them. The other issue that must be checked is non-citizens voting, and the 166-460k army of "Phantom Sleeper Voters" that Bobby Pitton found in his analysis of the voter registration rolls:
https://www.scribd.com/document/491822278/12112020-AZ-Legislature-Letter
That is something else that needs to be investigated. These people cheated every way possible. No method of cheating should be excluded before the investigation is finished.

Both. Look at New Hampshire each district revived 300 more votes then there was ballots. Mostly what they did was manipulate the machines then truck in more fake ballots to match the manipulation.

The machines could have still been involved, as they had plenty of time to reload the software in all the machines.

It those machines were connected to the internet, that alone should disqualify the machine. Period.

It's all the more reason to audit the ballots. If Arturo D'Elia in Italy stated that they were switching votes in AZ, then I believe that over this report. They used more than one method to steal this election over several states.
