The Rush Limbaugh Memorial Legacy Show, Mon-Fri, 12-3PM ET, Mar 1-5, 2021.
Monday, Mar 1, 2021
Thank you Rush (1951-2021), for all you did for America and for us. You are in a far, far better place now. RIP and MegaDittoes to you, in Eternity.
Let's not be sad, that he's gone. Let's be happy, that we had him for all the years we did.

who’s doing the show this week? Anyone know? Is it true Steyn is his likely replacement? I sure hope not. I can’t stand listening to that nasally bloviator.

Well there will be a time to come when something will be done to have a permanent show host in that 12NOONPM-3PM time slot. In time it could be Mark Steyn or someone who will take those hours.

Any guesses on how long the Rush memorial shows will continue, and when/if a permanent replacement will be found? (I know ... Rush is irreplaceable ...)

I think you are right. Eventually there will be needed a regular host. I don't think the show will survive as many might hope as a continuous Rush retrospective. Perhaps on either Monday or Friday they could run a complete 3 hour Rush show from the past. Yes, this is very sad for all his regular listeners and of course his family.

Brett Winterble is doing today’s show. He’s in rotation with Ken Matthews, Todd Hermann and who knows who else...

Thanks for the heads-up on Kathryn’s speech. I didn’t know she had spoken, and was able to find the clip online. Very touching.

Look I admit to being a huge wuss before I say, your title has brought me back to tears.
Maybe I’m only dying but since Rush left us I can’t function for feeling deathly tired, exhausted, and what may be hourly panic attacks. Maybe the timing is just coincidence.
But my Lord, my heart broke when we heard.

The best person to take over his show, at least in the short term, is President Trump. Give him 3 hours a day with a massive audience and you’ll hear liberal heads exploding left and further left!

Yeah I wish Snerdly would do a few show. Its rather sad that Rush did not have the foresight to have someone shadow what he does. I know that the personality and the knowledge will never be learned from him, but the research he did was fabulous

Walter Williams was always my favorite guest host. Now that he is gone it is Mark Steyn. Like Rush, they both use a lot of humor. I find the other guest hosts to be tedious. I know what they’re going to say before they say it. Could never listen to them for more than a few minutes.
