HERSHEY, Pa. -- The Hershey Company today announced new commitments to advance its environmental progress and contribute to global climate action. Hershey has set ambitious new goals to reduce its global emissions in line with the global best practice of the Paris Climate Agreement, to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C.
"Climate change is one of the most urgent threats to our planet that we face today. In order to deliver on our purpose to make more moments of goodness, we must operate with sustainability at the forefront and commit to doing our part to address climate change," said Michele Buck, The Hershey Company President and Chief Executive Officer. "We will continue to use our scale and apply the full force of our business to reduce our greenhouse emissions and drive climate action forward."
Hershey's new commitments to reduce its impact on the planet are part of its Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda, a key priority for the company and a focus for how it operates its business around the world.

Well, I guess Hershey products are now added to my company boycott list. The list grows and grows...
Always a longer list of fails these people.
Apparently it’s proof that the Earth is warming by the recent cold snaps in the Southern United States. Texas windmills would never have frozen if we just drove around in electric cars. With a mini solar panel on the roof.
THAT is what really bugs me. These companies charge the same price (or higher) and make the product smaller.
Surely their solution will be to capture bovine flatulence and bury it in the depths of the earth.
That guy knows how to run a business.
Like Michael Jordan said, “Both Republicans and Democrats buy shoes.”
Especially since we are so divided, no reason to alienate half of your potential customers.
Well, I think they do make white chocolate. Which is probably a bad thing.
It’s not as good though. So maybe that helps to balance the scales.
Hershey's will be eliminating its popular white chocolate line of candy because racist or something.
I love chocolate. Their stuff is not chocolate.
If Hershey were serious they’d close their park so it wouldn’t cause tens of thousands of cars to drive there every year.
get woke go broke
