Being an anti-racist educator in 2021 can feel like something of a contradiction.
“I work hard every day to put myself out of business,” says Akilah Cadet, who has a doctorate of health science in leadership and organizational behavior.

Here’s an example in Cadet’s own words:
“Cadet calls the Black Truth Project ‘a way for Black people to see and celebrate themselves and a powerful call to continued allyship for non-Black people.’”
Whatever you’ve got going on, put it aside to help others put on their self-celebration.
That it is self-centered for a person to not want to have uncomfortable conversations or get screamed at by a liberal bully. If you start crying because they’re guilt-tripping you or bullying you, that’s “white tears” and considered white supremacy, too.
The ONLY acceptable option is to passively accept your abuse by your moral superiors and tear yourself down, as a morally inferior white thing. After all, making them have to yell at you is racist oppression, emotional labor.
Liberal elitists intentionally invent and redefine words so they can “prove” their superiority through in-group language.

White centering is putting your feelings as a white person above the Black and POC causes you’re supposed to be helping. Layla F. Saad explains in Me and White Supremacy, “White centering is the centering of white people, white values, white norms and white feelings over everything and everyone else.” White centering can manifest as anything ranging from tone policing and white fragility to white exceptionalism and outright violence.
Racism is racism is racism is racism.
Heh

Liberals are racist to claim being white means a person is a racist and should work on it.
dat be 1 ugly ho!
My first thought: Buy their art, if it’s any good.
Right! In the Ottawa museum of art, there was a GIANT baby head. Supposed to be world-changing.
We (hubby and our daughter and son) went to see it and laughed.
Right on par with a white (or black) piece of canvas.
“Performative allyship?”
Frankly “artists of color” aren’t even close to my taste..regardless of what colors they use......s/
