Donald Trump will be the keynote speaker at CPAC this year and will address the attendees in Orlando on Sunday afternoon.

Mr Trump is expected to take to the stage at around 3:40pm (EST) on Sunday, where he is rumoured to announce plans to run for president in 2024.

Why not give him the benefit of your doubt? He’s just getting his public sea-legs back.

I was under the impression that he still had them.

Wasn't he holding court at Mara Lago? Weren't there reports of high profile meetings with GOP insiders in the last six weeks?

I want him to take charge and push back against the likes of Louisiana's Cassidy who's saying that supporting Trump will kill the GOP. I want him to begin with calling out Durham and Barr for undermining law and order and letting the coup plotters against the Republicans succeed. I want him to accuse the Vichy Republicans who sat idly by and let it happen.

I want him to tell Mitch McConnell that he won't let McConnell keep the party in the back seat where it's comfortable and cozy. I want him to tell McCarthy that he's not going to let the House get so close to our reach just to let their inner Paul Ryan leak out.
