Rep. Liz Cheney said Wednesday that former President Donald Trump should have no role in the future of the Republican Party or the country.
The No. 3 House Republican denounced Trump after she was asked at a press conference if she thought it was appropriate for Trump to be speaking Sunday at the annual CPAC event.
“That’s up to CPAC. I’ve been clear on my views about President Trump and the extent to which following Jan. 6, I don’t believe that he should be playing a role in the future of the party or the country,” she said.

I’m sure she must know she’s done in WY electoral politics. She’s now angling for the lucrative post-legislative “career” (media, hedge funds, corporate boards, etc.) afforded all good swamp creatures.

Supporting the GOP after 40 years of betrayal is the height of insanity. The GOP party needs to die and a new party take its place.
The GOP leadership hates patriotic Americans and it is long past time to return the favor.

WE do NOT have the time to sort out the good from the bad. Let the current GOP that allowed itself to decay from within to just die on it’s own. We will be paddling sand against the tide.

Trump will be very successful in starting a new party, IMO.
The current GOP has caused the voters to lose faith in them.
