The percentage of blue-collar workers who said they identify with the Republican Party greatly rose during former President Donald Trump’s time in office according to the latest poll from NBC News.
The survey, released on Sunday by NBC’s “Meet the Press,” shows that the number of blue-collar workers who identify as members of the GOP grew by 12 percentage points since 2010, while the number who identify as Democrats fell by eight percentage points. White-collar workers slightly shifted towards the Democratic Party by one percentage point.
The number of Hispanic blue-collar workers who indicate support for the GOP rose from 23% in 2010 to 36% in 2020, while support among Black blue-collar workers rose from 5% to 12% during that same time frame. GOP support from white blue-collar workers rose from 45% in 2010 to 57% in 2020.
NBC notes that while the survey shows that Republicans have “made substantial inroads” with the demographic, it also shows that the GOP “is increasingly reliant on blue-collar voters as a key, if not the key, component of its coalition.”

Trump cared about them and their families. No one else does.
The D plan is to get this demographic smaller by putting them out of work.
Yes. Blue collar workers as well as blacks and Hispanics. Yet, Biden miraculously made up the difference while winning only 477 counties to Trump’s 2500.
It was higher than that but the machines changed the votes. I saw one personally.
So it stands to reason Slow Joe won in a landslide.
Yep, that’s the m.o., punish your enemies and reward your friends. The blue-collar guy with a petroleum industry job who voted Trump gets a pink slip... and the Starbucks barista with a creative-writing degree who votes the right way gets 50K in student-loan forgiveness.
There will be plenty more after Slow Joe and the Ho do their damage. DemocRATs are not worried, however. They now have all gubmit agencies, the media, and just slightly less than half of the Supreme Court on their side. Add our totally inept and corrupt publik skoolz, universities granting worthless degrees to “students” who shouldn’t even have high school degrees, and the setup is complete.
Just might not make much difference, though. By then, either we’ve had enough and will do something about it or .....who knows?
But we are still suppose to believe that Biden won.
One of the biggest lies ever told was that the Democrats were the party of the working man while Republicans were elitists. Like they always do, it’s pure projection. Even JFK wasn’t a blue-collar Dem. Probably the last true conservative Democrat President was Grover Cleveland.
Yet somehow the Dems “found” enough Biden votes to win.
Yet we are expected to believe the 2020 Presidential election was honest. In November, the Demon-crats successfully staged a coup.
People who don’t want their jobs shipped overseas voted for the guy who said he was going to do something about American jobs being shipped overseas. Go figure.
Harry Truman was a blue collar type though?
It’s just a terrible shame that Trump had to run against the by far most popular candidate to ever run for president!! Gosh darnit!

... and yet, we are supposed to believe that sleepy crushed zippy’s record 69 million votes by an astounding 12 million more votes!!!
But supposedly Dims are for the working man. The exact opposite is true. Dims are for the sponging man, and the corporate elite.
Blue-Collar workers flocked to GOP under Trump. Not to mention Hispanics. And here comes Mitch driving them away. Why would anyone take this fossilized party seriously?
