Don’t want to. Don’t need to. Won’t.

At this point, those awake know. Those awakening are on the right track. Those asleep will have a rude all-at-once awakening.

Those are all the possibilities.

Judges are constrained to rule on the evidence presented by the parties.

I warned people here about Barrett. Her record was already questionable, this just adds to that weak record.

As much respect for Thomas, Scalia and Alito as I have, they did stand silently by while the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia was sworn in in direct violation of the Constitution.

To that, add Kamala Harris who can't name her American citizen parents at birth, like John McCain could. This was the subject of Senate Resolution 511 (2007-8), and defned Natural Born Citizen, a requirement for holding office of US VP or President.

Actually, I now wonder if Trump either knew or suspected treachery on part of Barrett.

Similar to putting Pence on a test pedestal, where Pence would be forced to show his treason, perhaps same with Barrett forced to show her hand.

The 4 years of Trump was evidence gathering, being used or to be used, in Tribunals.

But impeachment of a guy that is no longer president is not “moot”.

Let it go, this isn't going to happen. Trump has no power at this point, the military is being led by a white-hating SJW, and pretty much all of D.C. is ridiculously corrupt. If there was a plan, it had to be carried out while Trump was in office.

There were other cases on Friday's conference list from GA, MI, and WI. No results for those yet. Dershowitz thought that the PA case was Trump's strongest, so this doesn't look good. None of this should prejudice Trump or another affected party from filing a writ of quo warranto. This remains theoretically possible, but faces even more difficulties as it must be filed in D. C.

Well I think Trump and the military knew the SCOTUS was unlikely to take up any of these cases so IMO it was an organic decision. They have to play this out to show the American public that the constitutional process is totally broken before the military officially steps in. I think we about there.

Well, I suppose a pissed off mob of people could be riled up now and storm another branch of government en masse out of sheer unbridled anger. /s

Bingo.
DJT was a speed bump. May still be.
Ultimately, the vote counting process is totally corrupt. Without a proper and thorough fix, all future elections are invalid.

Trump never really left office did he? He left DC and went to Florida. Trump never conceded, Trump never aided the Biden transition. Trump never said Biden is now President. He said he was leaving for awhile and he would be back in some form soon. Many believe he dissolved the US corporation and is coming back as the 19th President of the original constitution. Or maybe he is just retaining his rightful duly elected position of a second term presidency.

Seems like the end of the Republic to me...

Yup. Now we get to live through the charade that the Republic still exists for several more election cycles until someone decides that we don't really need elections anymore.

Trump was probably advised or warned in his selections. REMEMBER: PEKING MITCH MCCONNELL CONTROLLED APPROVAL OF ALL NOMINEES.

Do not look to justice from the courts.
Do not look for honesty in elections. They also control the military and law enforcement.
I don’t know what the resolution or outcome will be.

It’s pathetic the greatest Republic in history has been destroyed by mediocrities like Biden, Harris, Obama, Roberts, Bush, Wray, Barr, McConnell, McCarthy etc.

You look at the PDF? It’s got a ton of info, with a listing of rejected cases, the few that will be taken up, and a smattering of opinions
