Biden Fires Chicago U.S. Attorney Hot on the Trail of Democratic Corruption
PJ Media ^ | 02/20/2021 | Rick Moran

You’ve probably never heard of Chicago’s U.S. attorney John Lausch. For the last two years, he has been going after some of the biggest, most powerful Democrats in the state of Illinois.

His office indicted a Chicago alderman who had been serving since 1969. Edward Burke had been in the crosshairs of prosecutors for four decades but it wasn’t until Lausch came into office that he was indicted.

Then there’s the case of the most powerful state politician in the United States, Illinois House Speaker Mike Madigan. His aides and cronies have been indicted for various crimes of influence over the years and Lausch has now set his sights on Madigan himself.

In fact, it’s believed Lausch has targeted some other high-profile Democratic politicians in other investigations. It’s a target-rich environment and Democrats in Illinois have gotten extremely nervous about who Lausch will go after next.

Now it appears, that bringing down corrupt Democratic politicians will be the job of the next U.S. attorney. Along with 56 other U.S. attorneys named by former president Trump, Lausch will lose his job — fired by Joe Biden. “It’s tradition,” said Biden supporters. This is true. But it’s also “tradition” to keep prosecutors in place who were pursuing high-profile cases. Lausch certainly qualified under that criteria.

Biden’s firing hasn’t gone down well in Illinois.

Washington Free Beacon:

Lausch’s abrupt removal has drawn bipartisan criticism from Illinois lawmakers who say he should be allowed to finish his work or depart on a longer timeline to ensure an orderly transition. The president asked all Trump-appointed U.S. attorneys to resign by the end of February but allowed two to remain in place to conclude politically sensitive work.

With much of the state’s Democratic establishment in his sights, it’s not clear why Biden did not extend the same courtesy to Lausch.

He lost his attempt to retain the Speaker's chair a couple of weeks ago.
Yesterday, or maybe the day before, he said THWI and resigned from the GA.

Adios, Madigan. Pity he won’t spend a day in prison.

Maybe that’s part of why Madigan resigned last week. He resigns, and Xiden calls off the dogs so he can retire in peace instead of in prison.

Madigan lost his House leadership seat last month and today he announced he was resigning his State House 22nd district seat - effective immediately.

someone probably told him he couldn’t be protected if he stuck around.

Perhaps a deal was struck whereby Mike Madigan “retired” rather than be convicted of undeniable crimes.....?

I LIVE in Illinois and I never heard of this guy, either. It's weird because news stories high profile criminal RATS in Crook County seems to be a weekly thing around here, but I haven't heard the local media mention this guy's name in conjunction with any of that.

The last high-profile anti-corruption guy I remembered serving as U.S. Attorney for the Chicago region was Patrick Fitzgerald, appointed to the job by anti-combine conservative Republican Peter Fitzgerald (no relation). Ironically, FReepers outside of Illinois demonized the guy and kept falsely claiming he was a partisan hack because he happened to indict someone with an "R" next to his name on "our" side (Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff), and they conveniently ignored the dozens of high profile RATS the guy sent to prison. But hey, FReepers have now gone 180o degrees in the other direction now and seem to apparently buy all the leftist garbage spewed about Dick Cheney for years (Halliburton Oil Buddies! Darth Vader!! etc. etc.), so maybe they LIKE the fact "evil" Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff got indicted now? I dunno, I can't keep track of who we're supposed to be for/against on this forum anymore...

If this current guy is legitimately anti-crooked combiner scum and was fired by Joe Biden because of that, it seems pretty clear cut we should be against it. But there's something oddball about this that I can't put my finger on... like when the media mislead us into believing that Obrador was a "far left extremist" who would "destroy Mexico's economy". According to news sources, there is "bipartisan" support for Lausch from top Illinois politicians and "Both senators from Illinois, Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth released a joint statement that Lausch should remain in office".

If guy was REALLY an impartial good guy rooting our corruption, I can't imagine the scumbag elites here would react that way. In fact, I imagine Dickhead Turbin and Tammy Duckworthless would do the opposite and issue a joint statement APPLAUDING Biden for firing this guy!

Rats and liberals aren't even going to try to hide their corruption and bias. Why should they? They've stolen an election and a country and nobody even batted an eye other than insignificant conservative peons.

All who should have/could have done something, did nothing. Kongress. The Attorney General. The Supreme Kourt.

Game over, man. It's done.

This is also the same district Madigan lives in where this happened and political feuds may have had a hand in this happening

IN THE RACE FOR HOUSE SEATS EVERYONE RUNNING UNDER THE DEMON-O-CRAT LABEL VOTED FOR THESE TWO ISSUES
ABORTION FUNDING SUPPORT AND THIS. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE USED IN THE CONGRESSIONAL RACES BUT WAS NOT

FORCE Schools To Let Male Athletes Compete In Girls’ Sports...Any Dem congressman who didn’t support this got kicked out by holding their primary in remapped districts. This effort by those in control of the demo party shpould have been used to demonstrate where that party is coming from. Why weren’t those votes an issue in this 2020 campaign by the Republicans ? Not just where this occurred but nationally?

.. Democratic candidate for America’s Vice President California and likely presidential replacement Sen. Kamala Harris sponsored a Senate bill that would that would force funding public schools to allow biologically male athletes who identify as transgender on girls’ sports teams.

In March 2019, Harris cosponsored the Equality Act, which would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 . Among other things, the bill would force public schools to expand female athletic teams to include biological males who identify as transgender girls

.Also did this http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3877896/posts and this http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3880192/posts

.. HERE’S HOW THEY TREATED CONSERVATIVE CONGRESSIONAL DEMOCRATS WHO DONT SUPPORT FUNDING STUFF LIKE THIS

.. And why there is no such thing as a Conservative Dem in Congress An example is Illinois 3rd district
..
Todays Democrats weren’t happy with this father William O Lipinski then sucessor son Daniel also votes against abortion and then be the only congressional democrat to vote NO on allowing men to to call themselves a women and compete with women in college sports. To stop this the demoncrats decided to remap his district of areas which supported him for the 2020 primary.

The ward (the 23rd) and the congressional district formerly the 5th which they changed into being the 3rd Illinois congressional by taking ward areas which had areas dominated by hispanic fore names and placed them into the Louis Gutierez district.

In the reshaped 3rd Congressional district primary Daniel Lipinski lost because of this redistricting. Of a district which had previously included adjacent Chicago city wards to his 23rd. which was “re-mapped in 2012 after former alderman and ward committeeman now congressman William O Lipinski annouced his retirement and wanted his son for his congressional replacement .

The remap was replacing ward boundaries of the 14th known as the stockyards which had experienced extensive demographic changes. They chopped up and placed sections of streets and blocks that were not only in the 23rd but the of adjacent 12th and 15th wards and made them the 14th ward

Now because Chicago alderman oversee routing of such things as garbage collections and getting city services . Some have complained of seeing rodents since as well as complained of poor road maintenance on their block. Because with this remap if your residence was in one ward your neighbor across the street or a block down is might be in another ward

.. The 5th was a district in the 1950’s which was a part of the third largest school district in the country run by the Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago. Those city wards were primarily composed of dozens of traditional value family oriented Catholic/Christian communities centered around their churches and their schools. Hence opposed to funding such things as abortion and LGBT activities rather for issues that dealt exclusively with city issues such as a subway L service and the Stevenson Expressway.

These Wards once were reliable supporters of Dan’s father, William O Lipinski. But after the 2012 redistricting the number of precincts in the 23rd were cut back to 39 and even their ward headquarters location was stuck in another ward.

And where many wards had areas with Hispanic last names those areas were redistricted and assigned to the Louis Gutieriez’s district. In areas where buildings were abandoned affected by the no money down home mortgages or had changed because of this. The ward such as the 14th known as Back of The Yards because of the former stock yards which has since relocated was remapped to include portions of other wards mainly the 23rd which Those results actually tear up the concept of a neighborhood and pit people against each other by using division.

In some of those wards areas of city blocks which were zoned exclusively for single family dwellings residents suddenly found their neighborhood having houses torn down and being replaced with multiple apartments with the units not required to furnish parking facilities and many renters were illegals. Much of which fit the plans for the suburbs

Darth Vader!! etc. etc.), so maybe they LIKE the fact "evil" Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff got indicted now? I dunno, I can't keep track of who we're supposed to be for/against on this forum anymore..."

There has been a critical reassessment, especially since the rise of Trump, of those individuals that were leading the party (and ostensibly, Conservatism) and their policies. I think is a necessary thing to do every so often. Ask the question if we're being led in the right way and are the policies working ? At the time of the Bush II Administration, it seemed like they were. In hindsight and in that aforementioned reassessment, it appears not.

A lot of Republicans and their supporters tended to be more gung-ho for military adventures and escalations in order to achieve change/goals that might not occur otherwise. The problem, however, is the question of whether it was worth the trouble to do so. Remaining for long periods of time in these areas (namely the perennial quagmire of the Middle East) has soured a lot of people like myself who were sympathetic to the "Neo-Con" position. I believe now that removing ourselves from Mohammadan-run states is the better position. Until they themselves fix their own problems, we can't do it for them without a drastic cultural overhaul which is far and beyond our scope.

The negativity towards Dick Cheney from the right has increased with the negativity towards endless wars and endless policing of these states, and towards those who deliberately profit off of those neverending military and interventionist expeditions. Some individuals, as we've seen, prefer us to remain in a perpetual state of warfare. I won't explicitly accuse Cheney of that, but clearly a lot of those in the "pro-war" business, still support those policies of enrichment, and became quite viscerally opposed to President Trump and his questioning whether this was good for us in the long run (which it isn't). Using our men and women as cannon fodder to perpetuate these policies has turned the opinion of our ideology around. We haven't suddenly embraced leftist policies in opposing Bush-Cheney doctrine, only that our critical reassessment has proven that this doctrine hasn't served us well. Besides, the left only opposed the doctrine merely because it was a Republican-led effort. When Zero essentially continued said policies, those same "anti-war" types got very, very quiet. They also certainly weren't cheering when President Trump began bringing them home. They hated him even more than Bush-Cheney.

Also, the critical reassessment has seen that Bush II was not a champion of Conservative values. He was largely as phony as his father. He turned out to be a Derp Stater and he was not bothered at all by either the predecessor regime or successor, both of which were profoundly corrupt and have done incalculable damage to the nation and abroad. Dick Cheney's daughter, by now being an open and prominent supporter of the corrupt Derp State, has also seriously harmed whatever remaining respect and goodwill the Conservative base had for her father. Similarly, the behavior of the Bushes and their active work to undermine President Trump and see him replaced with a Derp State puppet and traitor Biden, has wiped away the last vestiges of respect amongst the patriotic base, and exposed Shrub as a con-man who lied to get into power and who perpetuated the corrupt oligarchy and selling-out of our nation. That his administration summarily refused to investigate the collusion of the Clintoon regime to sell nuclear secrets to the Chinese Communist Party and People's Liberation Army should've been a huge red flag. In short, we were hoodwinked by these politicians.

That (George W. Bush's) administration summarily refused to investigate the collusion of the Clintoon regime to sell nuclear secrets to the Chinese Communist Party and People's Liberation Army should've been a huge red flag.

Which brings up the disturbing question: 4 years and not one investigation on Hillary and her monkeys? I know the Derp Justice Department was dragging it's feet but really?
