Good grief. My final assignment in the Air Force was as commander of an engineering unit. A full third of my engineers were Blacks. They had all graduated from reputable engineering schools. I was able to get awards and decorations for several of them for outstanding work. I was proud of them. I'm sick of people whose profession is being Black who act as though their fellow Blacks are all as incompetent as they are.

The simplest fundamentals are as important as complex formulas.

There was a time when we discussed the importance of being able to speak propped English in the work environment.
