After a yearlong battle with lung cancer, Rush Limbaugh died Wednesday morning at the age of 70.
Throughout his career, the conservative radio talk show mogul was making an estimated $33 million a year. It is believed he amassed a net worth of over $600 million at the time of his death.

He never made 33m “throughout his career”. He had to work like a dog to make it to the top and build EIB. Lost jobs and had lousy pay along the way as he often discussed. The writer obviously didn’t know or listen to rush.
There are cameras all over that compound. Everything is on video.

Nah....try driving across the bridge into Palm Beach at night. I guarantee the cops will follow you through town. Used to be, if they didn’t recognize your vehicle, they made you very aware you weren’t welcome. I don’t imagine anything has changed. They tried to make the island gated at one time but because the roads were public, they were unable to pull it off.

It is beautiful but what would a person do in a house that big? I would sell it. Not to mention the upkeep would be astronomical.
I feel as though Rush’s battle with cancer is eerily memetic of our collective battle against communism.
True...to the world, it’s always about money and materialism.People can have money but not flaunt it. He seemed like a very humble human being.

I tend to not like large houses or mansions myself. Just give me a 3000sqft house, with every room having a function, and I’m good.
