It appears to be on oceanfront property. Good. I wouldn’t live anywhere else either.
IIRC, he once talked about having to turn off his outside lights when the turtle hatchings were trying to find their way to the ocean. The lights would attract them and they would go the wrong way. Apparently, the moon on the ocean attracts the hatchlings to go toward the ocean.
