No one can replace him. It’s like Paul Harvey. Of course no comparison. Rush was our guy.
Will be interesting to see the responses or lack of responses from the RINOS.
Many, many days for many years, Rush was always a light in the darkness. Always explaining and putting it all in perspective. Rest In Peace Rush.

My dear Mother is in heaven greeting him now. She was the most patriotic person I ever knew. She would get tears in her eyes when she saw the US flag flying in the breeze at all ball games with the National Anthem playing.
To all his fans, his family - his brother David and children - and Conservative folks all over the fruited plains, my deepest sympathy.
'But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.'
I cannot imagine nor visualize what Rush must be seeing in the Kingdom right now...
Besides my family and the Lord, Rush has been the only real constant in my life since his first day of national syndication.

Can you imagine what a terrible struggle it must have been to try to host those last shows that he did when he was so close to death. It’s actually inspiring to me. He had to be so hard to absolutely anything at all at that point, let alone something as involved as that. It shows you his spirit. Not to just lay down and accept, no matter how hard it is.
It may be too soon to say something like this, but I expect EIB to start a slow decline. No offense to all of his guest hosts, but no one, and I mean but NO ONE, could ever even come close to do what Rush did.

In the past 30 years of my life I’ve had mutiple jobs and started a business, I had 3 children, moved several times, but one of the few constants over those years was tuning in at noon whenever I could to listen to Rush. 30 years.
I feel sick. God bless you Rush
