Can you imagine what a terrible struggle it must have been to try to host those last shows that he did when he was so close to death. It’s actually inspiring to me. He had to be so hard to absolutely anything at all at that point, let alone something as involved as that. It shows you his spirit. Not to just lay down and accept, no matter how hard it is.
It may be too soon to say something like this, but I expect EIB to start a slow decline. No offense to all of his guest hosts, but no one, and I mean but NO ONE, could ever even come close to do what Rush did.
I’m not sure what the plan is for EIB, but I’d like to think a plan is in place to ensure it continues.
