Michigan ammunition manufacturing company Fenix Ammunition announced a no tolerance policy relating to sales to Joe Biden voters on Thursday, sending left-wingers up in arms over the consequences of their own actions.
Customers who use Fenix Ammo’s website are asked to affirm that they didn’t vote for Joe Biden when making a purchase. The Novi company primarily sells ammunition online.
Fenix’s owners cited Biden’s pledge to criminalize online sales of ammunition as justification for the no tolerance policy. If Biden enacted such a gun control measure, it would destroy Fenix’s business, as well as many other smaller manufacturers of ammunition that lack the capability to compete with outdoors franchises. Guns and ammunition are one of the few industries in the country still defined by small and medium business, with globalist corporations notoriously opposed to the concept of everyday citizens owning guns.

Here here.. I agree. Getting harder to find ammo. The local gun shows are price gouging. Tripling the price of the ammo. I remember when 22 LR ammo had a huge shortage, these gun shows were charging 75 bucks for a 20 dollar box.
The company also has freedom of association, and the first amendment applies to government action, not private parties or businesses.

Well the best way is not to have the federal regulations at all. However, the only hammer they have is the interstate commerce clause to enforce the feds policies . If there were state indigenous ammo and arms companies that sold state exclusive products then the feds have little recourse. I hope my logic makes sense. The catch is states will not infringe on their internal companies.
Proper response to the Biden voter is build your own ammo company.
They aren’t suffering fools. The response to one complaining customer is epic.
Fenix Ammo Is fully in its right to not do business with Biden voters. In fact any business in the country has the right to not do business with Biden voters and to not do business with Trump voters.
The left’s intention is to take guns from honest, non-violent citizens (us) and leave them deliberately in the hands of violent criminals. (democrat voters)
