'But why I came over was because I listened to Mitch McConnell,' Pelosi continued. McConnell took the Senate floor shortly after Democrats failed to earn the two-thirds votes needed to convict the former president – and the Republican leader argued Congress no longer had jurisdiction over Trump's actions because is no longer president.

So why was she furious? She knew he would be acquitted. We all did. And it wasn’t an act. I was waiting for her to stroke out or something. She was pissed! It was quite the show watching her marching back to to the podium.
Maybe because she wanted witnesses. She wanted to show off the RINO to talk about McCarthy’s phone call. To show how unified congress is. The only way that would happen is if Pelosi testified.

Because a few hours prior, there was talk of her testifying in this circus. It probably caused her to hyperventilate, because she was clearly having breathing issues during this public spectacle.
