New UC Riverside research shows soybean oil not only leads to obesity and diabetes, but could also affect neurological conditions like autism, Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety, and depression.
Used for fast food frying, added to packaged foods, and fed to livestock, soybean oil is by far the most widely produced and consumed edible oil in the U.S., according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In all likelihood, it is not healthy for humans.

Avoiding soy takes great effort. Eliminating it probably takes a lifestyle out of the ordinary. They put it in literally everything. Limit your intake of it as best you can. There are alternatives out there. Do your Googles.

Rather than give you just one source here are multiple sources. It was somewhat shocking how many foods lower testosterone. Which would explain the mystery of why testosterone in men is on the decrease.
Bought some lard for a special occasion pie crust (an Alton Brown recipe and very yummy.)
Now my Dad made the best tacos ever. I fried some taco shells in the left over lard and I figured out why my Dad’s were fantastic.
When I hit 80 lard will be a staple in my diet!
Up in the Northern Prairies, rapeseed oil, oops, it’s now called canola oil, is considered much healthier than vegetable oil or soya oil.
Personally, I prefer olive oil or coconut oil for high temp. cooking.
When I was a kid (60’s) my aunts would all use lard. Had pantries full.
Also adult baby formula i.e. Ensure
Go to olive oil. Hopefully, that’s not as estrogenic.

Doh!
You know the Obozo administration pulled that one off to humiliate us.
Don’t cashews give you diarrhea, or is that a myth?
I remember 45 years ago when soy was thought of as “crap” if it was in your food like a burger filler.
