In a January interview with Fortune magazine, retired U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Kolditz said supporters of President Donald Trump who thought the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol “was a good thing” need to be kicked out of the military.
“One of my bigger concerns is that there has long been a strong Trump following in the military,” Kolditz told Fortune. “People in the military have every right to be conservative or extremely conservative. But Trump’s supporters in the military who think that what happened [on Jan. 6] was a good thing need to be managed out of the military as soon as possible. That probably won’t happen until the Trump loyalists are out, but that needs to be done.”
Kolditz said rooting out “Trump loyalists” may entail pursuing thousands of service members and Department of Defense employees.
“We’re not talking about half a dozen people. We’re probably talking about thousands across the Department of Defense,” he said. “Many of them will have already run their mouth, put things on social media. But this was an insurgency, a crime against the state. And it’s a duty obligation of the defense leadership to make sure that there are no, essentially, sleeper cells, people in the military who, for whatever reason, think an insurgency is a good idea or justifiable.”

You are seeing the first phase of the institutionalization of political officers in the military and the destruction of the chain of command. Disgruntled queers, freaks and perverts can go outside the chain of command with their unjust charges to the political officers. You saw one early version of it when they court marshalled the Navy Seal. The Seals joined with the political officer (JAG) and NCIS to try and railroad the other Seal.
That’s all just cover. An excuse for a purge.
They don’t really care of people are actual Nazis. They just want loyal drones who won’t question an order to shoot Americans.

to determine who gets their first star - not on merit. Lots of Colonels who would not toe the line with the MIC or some politicians desires retired as Colonels. Shame.

Just love the bastard’s imputation that anyone who supports Trump thinks the January 6 flash mob disturbance at the US Capital was a good thing. The “riot” was the opposite of what Trump asked for (peaceful protest), and gave the Democrats their own Reichstag fire myth to exploit.
Did Brigadier General Thomas Kolditz advocate a similar purge of all troops who posted a word of support for BLM, Antifa, defund the police, etc.? I sure don’t remember a totalitarian purge of the military under Trump, who shines as a true libertarian compared to these DemoFascists.
Do you think that’s a fairly accurate breakdown?
My own guess is that they would need to fire 90% of elite combat troops.
