Biden tells Putin: U.S. no longer 'rolling over'

President Joe Biden on Thursday told Russia that the United States would no longer be “rolling over” in the face of aggressive action by Moscow, declaring a new, tough approach by Washington.

Visiting the State Department, Biden also promised to repair alliances and engage with the world again. “American leadership” must meet rising authoritarianism and unite with partners to combat global challenges such as the coronavirus pandemic or climate change, he said.

Biden, as expected, adopted a sterner tone with Russian President Vladimir Putin than his predecessor, Donald Trump.

“I made it clear to President Putin in a manner very different from my predecessor, that the days the United States rolling over in the face of Russia’s aggressive actions, interfering with our elections, cyber attacks, poisoning citizens are over,” Biden said. The two leaders spoke by phone in late January.

“We will not hesitate to raise the cost on Russia and defend our vital interests and our people, and we will be more effective in dealing with Russia when we work in coalition and coordination with other like-minded partners,” he said.

Didn’t Biden just sign a bunch of nuclear treaties with Russia, restart Open skies and IRBM, and got Russia to help reopen the Iran Deal, not to mention telling them that we will be using their craft to go to the ISS again?

Public face does not mean private face. Relations with Russia have gotten better since Biden took office because putin knows he will roll over, and that it is back to the days of Obama.

But you’ll roll over for the bigger threat, China, you punk.

It was the free traitors on our side who got us hooked on cheap communist manufacturing, even as we saw them building up their military with our money. How are we any better?

Obama rolled over. Obama is one of his predecessors, and Joe says will be no longer be rolling over for Putin. Really, when will this no longer rolling over start? Perhaps when he gets the go ahead from China.

Shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline was the greatest gift he could have given Putin.

We live in Bizzaro World.

We finally have a hard-ass for president! LOL!

Well, her certainly likes to think of himself that way. He may be, who knows? He certainly acts tough with voters who ask the wrong question—challenging them to pushups, or calling young women bizarre names.

But many see him as a confused old man who has recurring problems with numbers “200,000,000 doses for 300 Americans”, 150,000,000 have died since the expiration of the assault-weapons ban, as well as in an inability to utter coherent complete sentences.

So, yes, I can see Putin laughing.

Biden has already made Russia richer through the highest oil prices we’ve seen since Obama.

Really Joe? Like in 2014 when you and Obozo were so ‘tough’ Russia decided to roll into Ukraine? Yeah, Putin was really scared.

Biden prefers to take it facing up. He likes to look his lovers in the eye while getting screwed.

Does this mean we will sell the rest of our Uranium stockpile to Russia?. I’m sure Hunter will make this happen with a nice little kickback to the big guy.
