I probably wouldn’t go because it gives legitmacy to it and will set a precedent for the future.

A Nationally exact method of controlling elections and counting ballots that is locked in to the following.
ONE) a Free Identification card.
TWO) tied to a Birth Certificate.
This will assure that all Legal, and of age citizens have one and only one vote, and no other shall be cast or counted.
For what are we here for, but a conflict over how corrupt officials at the National and State level, can connive, conspire and DID STEAL the priceless gift of the founders of this country. Fighting now might get a Trump conviction and exclusion from future office. It certainly will NOT put him in the White House.
A better way is to plan long-term, and pick the battle on our own turf ... The state houses.

Even without knowing what I just read I wondered why he had Guiliani at the helm - especially after seeing the hair dye incident. Is Mediocrity Mark Meadows? Jenna Ellis? I noticed on Twitter Jenna seemed to spend more effort posting scripture quotes than anything about the GIANT problem at hand.

In a word, “yes”. Namely because any and all “proof” is of a theoretical and mathematical nature. Evidence that might normally be acceptable in a court of law investigating white-collar crime but would not be tolerated by this kangaroo court.

The problem....well, one of the many...is that he won’t even be dealing with an actual judge who might have some idea of how to conduct the proceedings. Lefty Dem Patrick Leahy will be ‘presiding.” That leaves a lot of room for somebody who is not a lawyer (Trump) to go seriously wrong, since Leahy will be making it up as he goes along.
I don’t see how that’s even legal.
What future? The election theft is not just about Trump personally. It still is the most important issue there is for the nation as a whole. If allowed to stand without at a bare minimum a full presentation of the facts before the American people, then there is no tomorrow. Leftist theft will become standard practice, and there will be no point in continuing to try to oppose them politically. They will simply cheat to win everything, and the media and courts will cover up their crimes, and in fact call US the criminals for daring to question it.
If we don’t break through this wall of crime and deception, nothing else matters. No matter how much the Left and their media lapdogs try to ridicule those who question the election result, we MUST devote every possible resource to piercing that veil of deception. EVERYTHING depends upon it.
