Judges, especially democrat judges are no longer judges but political operatives in black robes using their power to hurt those with different political positions and help those with similar political positions
There was no burning or pillaging or tearing the place up as was done in Oregon and Washington....No matter how hard the media tries to spin it and this judge tries to find evidence of a riot...it is not working. What is working is the two tiered justice system however....

The judge is supposed to address evidence presented in court. Just like a jury, he is supposed to ignore evidence he knows of outside the court. If I were a defense lawyer, I would file for a change of venue based on this personal animosity outburst.
