The real battle is in the 50 State Legislatures that are now or soon will be in session.
It is up to the State Legislatures, particularly in those states controlled by the Republicans, to enact new laws that STOP FUTURE STEALS.
This is the message I recently sent to my State Representative and Senator:

Great point. That is exactly what they are doing. They know that they are not getting rid of Trump. So what is the point? They are attempting to destroy the Constitution in the two short years that they control the 3 legs of leadership.

No mail-in voting, except for overseas military
No same-day registration, no same-day voting
Paper ballots or analogue machines only.
Make Election Day a national holiday
This will not pass unless the Senate kills the filibuster, which I do not see happening. This also raises Constitutional issues which will tie this up in the courts.
It does tell us, however, who the dems really are, for those here who think there is just one “uni-party” and the GOP and the dems are just alike. They are not.
The Dems stole the 2020 election. The states that cheated with the Dominion voting machines will do it again. So why should anyone trust the vote when one state verifies a voter with a picture ID and signature, and another state allows mail in ballots which don’t have a verifiable signature or any verifiable ID? The states that cheat rule the country.

H.R. 1 is blatantly unconstitutional. I don’t like it for what it is by itself, but even more so I don’t like the precedent.
If this thing passes and is allowed to stand, it is yet more evidence that the Constitution is no longer in force. At that point, I could say that all bets are off. Laws just become somebody’s idea of a nice-to-have.
