Wrong!.....there are prayers for divine justice or punishment to come for someone who is practicing evil...

All old testament stuff.

Show me some of that in the New Testament...

I am sure they are in a panic right now.
possible warning signs of Heart attack, stroke, or Covid

His vitals may have been concerning but even the slightest blip would have probably sent him to the Hospital for safety given what hangs in the balance.

Even a Collins or Murkowski would be a HUGE improvement. Committees would change hands. I don’t like McConnell, but he’s a light-year better than Schumer. And, the Majority leader might not end up being McConell, Maybe Cruz, or even better Rand Paul.

I do know one nice thing about Ted Kennedy (RIP), so I’ll say that instead: “He was born sober.”

Good one...I might mention that one the next time someone asks me to say something nice about Ted.
The nicest thing I have been saying is that I did not pee on Ted Kennedy's grave because the line was too long.

Personally, I think he bailed on it. He’s an elderly idiot, like most of the Dems, and they picked him because they thought he’d look so old and confused that people would be sorry for him. But he realized that people were simply going to hate him, so he took the sick call route out.

With back stabbing traitor RINO’s in the Senate what good does a slim majority do anyway?

The Turtle is a back-stabbing traitor RINO, but if the Republicans get control of the Senate back, he will NOT bring forward legislation to create DC into a state, pack SCOTUS, or mandate that cheat-by-mail-in ballots and Dominion machines be used in all future elections.

Entirely plausible. I don’t think he could handle the trial.

My mind will really be blown if the Governor got to appoint his temporary replacement and it was a GOP member

Somehow I doubt he would have the guts to do it.

Yet if a Republican senator dies and the respective governor is a Democrat, they would not hesitate to appoint a Dem!!!
