Two men arrested in November after they traveled to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia where votes in the 2020 presidential race were being counted were sent back to jail after their bail was increased due to their participation in the rally near the U.S. Capitol that turned deadly earlier this month.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that no evidence was presented during Friday's combative hearing that 42-year-old Joshua Macias and 61-year-old Antonio LaMotta entered the Capitol building along with thousands of violent supporters of former President Donald Trump battled with law enforcement and ransacked offices. --SNIP-- Prosecutors also later added election fraud charges, and both defendants are now charged with interfering with an election, conspiracy and hindering performance of duty.

So they are in jail for exercising their right of free association.

Only about 1% of Trump supporters are violent.
This story is operating off a false premise that “ all Trump supporters are violent.”
When Trump supporters ALL get violent, the swamp shit members will know it.

No bias there.
Prosecutors also later added election fraud charges
Not to defend these individuals but how did protesting a fraudulent election become election fraud?

I looked up restrictions for people out on bail. In short, they are whatever the judge sets. In general, you are required to live at a particular address and may be required to be there all night. But other restrictions are possible. Violation of any restriction is a criminal offense. I am guessing that the defendants were restricted in their ability to travel. Probably in other ways as well.

Has anyone shown that the Qanon madeup actor voted for Trump?
Has anyone shown that the BLM “reporter” who encouraged violence voted for Trump?
What about Rebel Flag guy? Richard Spencer endorsed and voted for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

I’m getting tired of seeing that misnomer “Capitol riot” in headlines. It’s as misused as “travel ban” and “Muslim ban” were.
