Had Trump run as a third party Hillary would also be in her 2nd term. And Woodrow Wilson would be a footnote in history if Teddy R didn’t go Bull Moose.
At the moment I see this a fundraising tool and a THREAT to RINOs to not go along with faux impeachment (and the attempt to bar Trump from running again). An FEC filing is nothing close to a political party that runs candidates so whether you’re for or against the idea, I’d chill.

If Trump ran again and is not hobbled by age I figure his chances at the GOP nomination would approach 100%. Only a younger patriot like Hawley would possibly be a threat, Larry Hogan or Mitt Romney would have zero chance.

If we truly believe the democrats stole the election with flipped and frabricated votes, then we must also believe Trump got a lot of former democrat votes.
If that is true, there is a huge segment who never wanted to be Republican and a larger segment who are tired of being Republican. We would be at a rare time in history when a true majority of the population is rejecting both parties. No body needs to be convinced to join a new party, they just need a new party that will represent them.

The collapse of the rule of law during the last year of corona scams, neverending rioting, a totally fraudulent election supported by the failure of the USSC and a criminal Congress, and the instantiation of an illegitimate tyrannical regime has left us no doubt that the Constitution is a dead letter, the Bill of Rights is void, and the USA as it was known just months ago is gone, gone, gone. There will never be another legitimate election in the now defunct USA again. But engaging with a new political party will energize citizens at the local and statewide levels to begin the processes of nullification, non-compliance, and secession to recover our stolen liberty in those parts of this country that still value freedom. That will never happen with the Marxocrat Party and their colleagues in crime, the GOPee. Secession will happen here in the USSA just like it happened in the USSR.
